              Mountain Region Speech and Hearing Center is a not-for-profit agency founded in 1974 by the Junior League and Sertoma Club of Kingsport. Our Mission is to provide the highest quality speech, hearing and swallowing services to the Appalachian Region and to improve quality of life for all ages through effective evaluation, treatment and education regardless of ability to pay.
