About Us
At UAC, we believe that strong communities are built heavily on wellness and community participation. That’s why we’re proud to support and promote athletics as a powerful tool for mental health, resilience, and personal growth.
In partnership with local fitness centers, sports organizations, schools, and wellness professionals, our initiative “Using Athletics to Cope” encourages individuals, ages 12-18, to engage in physical activity as a way to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and foster a sense of belonging.
Whether it's running, yoga, team sports, or simple daily movement, studies consistently show that physical activity helps:
Reduce anxiety and depression
Boost mood and energy
Improve focus and sleep
Build confidence and community connection
Through community events, workshops, business partnerships, and local athletic programs, we aim to connect commerce and community through the shared value of well-being.
Get involved today. Support a local mentorship business, join an event, or become a partner in promoting healthier lifestyles for youth through athletics.
Together, let’s create a healthier, more connected future—one step, one game, one breath at a time.Rep/Contact Info
