    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Understands proper handling and care of tooling components.
    • Capable of identifying tooling that does not meet inspection standards.
    • Report tooling that requires rework to the Setup Supervisor.
    • Properly maintain and store supplies required for cleaning.
    • Keep the work area orderly and safe.
    • Return clean tooling to Die Storage Warehouse
    • Drop off dirty tooling to the tooling cleaning area
    • Operate cleaning tank when necessary
    • Understands all safety data sheets.
    • Uses PPE where necessary.
    • Follows work protocols as required.
    • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
    • Work with others in a cooperative fashion.
    • ISO compliant.
    OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Communicate possible tooling issues to Setup Supervisor.
    • Positive communication with internal customers.
    • Minimizes waste.
    QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience, Competencies and Education
    • High school education or equivalent.
    • Works well independently.
    • Computer skills are a plus.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF JOB:  This position requires that the employee be able to perform the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
    • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
    • Significant standing.
    • Twisting, turning, bending.
