This is an excellent opportunity for sales associates and client service representatives looking to transition into a lucrative and rewarding career in the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Connect with business clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service, guiding clients through policy options, renewals, and risk management strategies.
• Build lasting relationships by maintaining and growing an assigned book of business.
• Work closely with internal teams (underwriters, customer service reps) to ensure smooth client experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends to effectively position our insurance solutions in the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For:
?? 3 years of Sales experience preferred – No insurance background required!
?? Strong communication & relationship-building skills – You love working with people!
?? Problem-solving & multitasking abilities – You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
?? Self-motivated & goal-driven – You enjoy helping clients while earning competitive commissions.
?? Tennessee Property & Casualty License preferred (We will provide you with the assistance you need to get your License).
