Call Now for an immediate interview at 423-765-9935We are seeking a skilled carpenters and framers to construct and maintain the structural framework and interior woodwork for a new hotel, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans to construct hotel structures accurately

Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials to build floors, walls, ceilings, and roof frameworks

Install fixtures and interior elements such as doors, cabinets, shelves, and trim, ensuring proper alignment and secure installation

Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to

Maintain quality control, cost efficiency, and material optimization while minimizing waste

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently

Perform minor repairs and adjustments to existing structures as needed during construction

Lift and manipulate objects up to 80 lbs and work from ladders or scaffolding when required
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a carpenter and framer, preferably 2–3 years in commercial or hotel construction

Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina for demanding construction tasks

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and material specifications

Proficiency with carpentry tools, power saws, drills, levels, and sanders

Knowledge of wood properties, construction materials, and framing techniques

Good mathematical and analytical skills for material estimation and layout planning

Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other trades and project managers

Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and meeting project deadlines
Work Environment

Primarily one construction sites, including indoor and outdoor areas (primarily indoor project)

Physically demanding work requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Reporting to the Construction Site Supervisor or Project Manager

Opportunity to work on a high-profile hotel project, contributing to both structural and interior finishing phases.
Preferred Certifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical degree in carpentry is advantageous

Optional certifications from recognized industry bodies such as NCCER or NARI can enhance qualifications

Prior experience in hotel or commercial construction projects is highly desirable
