Job Requirements:

We have Soft Civil Services crafts opportunities in Scaffolding, Insulation, Carpentry, Roofing, Painting, Utility Workers, and many more.

As a Scaffold Builder, job duties may include planning, preparing, constructing, adjusting, and taking down scaffolding builds of all types.
As an Insulator, job duties may include complying with customer specifications to insulate piping and equipment (Hot and cold service), installing steam tracing and fireproofing, and non-ACM material removal.
As a Carpenter, job duties may include using materials such as wood, plywood, fiberboard, and wallboard along with hand and power tools to create, design, install or repair assemblies needed for other tasks.
As a Utility Worker, job duties may include demolition of concrete by operating pavement breakers or chipping hammers, assisting with Waste Management processes, fire watch, confined space attendant, and overall clean up.
As a Roofer, job duties may include installing roofing materials such as built-up, single ply membrane, modified, metal or shingles as well as installing roofing accessories such as flashing, curbing, stone, ballast, guttering, scuppers, expansion joints, etc.
As a Painter, job duties may include applying paints, coatings, and wall coverings by hand or by using mechanical devices.
All crafts have the potential to operate a forklift.

8, 10 and 12-hour shifts, Overtime, Night Shift, Weekends

Employees must be able to work independently, have attention to detail, safety top of mind, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are encouraged. Reading and writing proficiently, following oral and written directions, communicating effectively, taking notice of all warning labels and signs, work within confined spaces at times. Ability to climb and perform tasks at varied heights along the edges of roofs and follow all safety guidelines.

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
