HVAC Service Tech Helper

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and 
mini-split systems
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Braze components, repair leaks, and/or replace defective parts in HVAC units
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems
- On-call emergency service rotation availability
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- EPA Certified
- 5 years’ commercial and residential experience 
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience in equipment repair, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC units
- Proficiency in brazing techniques (copper and aluminum) for HVAC repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
