              We don't believe in burning our guys out. We run a structured weekly schedule designed to get you home early on the weekends:

              • The Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts (Mon–Thu) and one 4-hour shift on Friday.

              • Paid Time Off: 1 full week of paid vacation after only 6 months, plus paid holidays.

              • Professional Growth: We provide specialized training and certification opportunities for Generac and Teslasystems.

              • Estimating: We will train you to bid and estimate the "TriCities Electric Way," giving you the tools to move into leadership.

              What We’re Looking For

              This is a high-standard role for a professional who is efficient and detail-oriented.

              • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Residential and Light Commercial work.

                • Note: We are not seeking industrial-focused electricians at this time.

              • Licensure: Must be a licensed electrician.

              • Skillset: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform clean, code-compliant installs.

              • Mindset: A "go-getter" attitude. You take ownership of your projects and represent the company with professionalism.

              Requirements

              • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

              • Ability to pass a background check.

              • Must adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.
