Recent studies show that most teams function at about 60% of their true potential; mostly due to breakdowns in communication. Every team is made up of people with different personalities who rarely see things the same way. The 5 Voices system helps teams understand how different personalities communicate within a team setting. The primary learning objective for this session is to gain awareness of the importance and unique value each individual brings to the team. When team members learn to appreciate the perspective and voice of each person on their team, they will gain understanding that allows them to better solve problems together, adapt to change and perform at their full potential. This workshop is an overview of the 5 Voices system and each participant will receive a free 5 Voices assessment and practical tools to use with their team.
