Tanasi Quilt n' Sew

Description

At the Quilt n’ Sew event, you will have the opportunity to observe the process of natural fiber dyeing and create a doll made of corn husks. During this one day class, quilter Linda Lyle will teach attendees the basics of quilting. Everyone will leave with a completed quilted table runner to enhance their dining room table or give as a beautiful gift to a friend. All skill levels from beginner to experienced quilters are welcome to this event. Attendance is limited to 20 people, and please bring your own sewing machine, needle, bobbins, thread, scissors, presser foot, walking foot if available, and quilting ruler. If you don't have access to any of these items, please add a note in the comments of the registration form and we will be sure to accommodate you.
