The program is free, but tickets are required for the breakfast and are available at Your Kingsport Chamber.
Tickets ar $5 for the first 400 people or until May 1.
Tickets are $7.50 after May 1.
Church ministers receive a free breakfast as a guest of the mayor and may pick their ticket up at the Kingsport Chamber.Contact Information
