GrowthWheel® WorkGroup: SALES AND SERVICE

Description

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" with SBDC GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor, and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration. This small group training will focus on SALES AND SERVICE. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to: • Work that relates to designing the sales cycle • Planning sales activities • Dealing with sales objections • Defining service offerings.
