GrowthWheel® WorkGroup: PARTNERSHIPS

Description

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" with SBDC GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor™, and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration. This small group training will focus on PARTNERSHIPS. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to: • Work that relates to selecting business partnerships • Outsourcing business processes • Choosing suppliers and partners • Entering partnership agreements.
