YWCA Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia will host a lunchtime virtual workshop, Emerge, for professional women. Emerge is a female focused, quarterly series created to meet the needs of professional women at all levels of their career. Experts in a variety of fields empower women with new tools that directly apply to their work. The upcoming training on October 16 will be provided online so that women from all around the country can benefit from this leadership training. In this enlightening and practical training, Jessica Stollings will guide you through challenging questions to ask and provide a framework to see differences in a more positive and productive light. Using research, best practices, and real-life examples, you will learn how to harness the strengths of all generations to create strong relationships, high performing teams, and innovative business outcomes.
