She enjoys helping women learn how to leverage their natural strengths in order to lead their teams in a way that feels good and gets amazing results. Ashley is the author of the new book Transform Your Stories, where she helps you identify and overcome the toxic stories that are holding you back, so you can become a more confident and courageous leader and impact the world. She is an active member of the local entrepreneurial network and a member of Junior Board of Directors for the YWCA of Northeast TN and Southwest VA. She loves reading, being active outdoors, traveling with her husband, Mike, and spending time with her rescue pup, Myla.
