The West Ridge High School band will be hosting a first-round qualifier CIPA event (Indoor Guard and Percussion) on Saturday January 21, 2023. The event location is Sullivan Heights Middle school at 1236 Moreland Drive in Kingsport TN. The doors will open to the public at 9 am with an awards ceremony beginning at 7 pm. Tickets can be purchased via cash or card at the door for $8 each with children 4 and under admitted free. 29 units are on the participation schedule which include local middle and high school groups. An indoor vendor market as well as several food truck vendors will be available the day of the event.
