Hello and welcome, my name is Marc Holliday. I am the Owner & CEO of Holliday Home Inspections PLLC. We are a Veteran Owned home and commercial property inspection company. We just won Business Rate Best of 2026 Home Inspector for Kingsport Tennessee. We were also just voted Best of Tennessee 2025, Home Inspection Company. I am a licensed home inspector in the State of Tennessee, License# 2697 and in the Commonwealth of Virginia, License# 3380002182.
We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau and we have an A+ rating. Not only am I the owner of the company and a licensed inspector, I am also the East Tennessee Regional Director for the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association. In this capacity I oversee and coordinate the continuing education classes for licensed Tennessee home inspectors.
