About Us

Blue Ridge IT Solutions provides managed IT, cybersecurity, custom software and websites for small businesses and K-12 school districts. Based in Church Hill, we work on site across the Tri-Cities and remotely anywhere in the US.

Most small businesses end up with one person for the computers, another for the website, and nobody watching security. Blue Ridge handles all of it: day-to-day IT support and helpdesk, networks, Wi-Fi, cabling and security cameras, 24/7 security monitoring (Guardian), phishing defense and staff training (BlueHook), hands-on penetration testing, dark web monitoring, and help meeting HIPAA and NIST requirements. We also build custom business applications, automate repetitive admin work, and design, host and optimize websites so local customers can find you on Google.

Founder Kobe Brummitt came up through K-12 IT and cybersecurity engineering, building SIEM, phishing and vulnerability scanning platforms for a managed service provider before founding Blue Ridge in 2024. He holds the OSCP, CRTO, CEH, PenTest+, CySA+ and Security+ certifications.
