    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide guidance to managers and team members on company policies, practices, and workplace concerns.
    • Promote a positive team member relations environment through proactive engagement, communication, and problem resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Lead and support audits and reporting requirements related to compliance and regulatory obligations.
    • Partner with hiring managers to lead and support recruiting efforts, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, and selection processes.
    • Lead and support onboarding processes to ensure new team members are effectively integrated into the organization.
    • Lead and support the performance review and succession planning process, including guidance to managers on goal setting, evaluations, and employee feedback.
    • Identify and develop high-potential team members and succession planning initiatives.
    • Support continuous learning and team member development initiatives aligned with business goals.
    OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Partner on company-wide human resource initiatives, programs, and systems including team member engagement activities, celebrations, and annual events.
    • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, safety, and other departments to ensure alignment and delivery effectiveness.
    • Analyze human resources data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Support the development and implementation of training programs to address operational and organizational needs.
    • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Corporate Director, Human Resources.
    • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
    QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience, Competencies and Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and human resources best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency with HRIS and Human Capital Management systems and Microsoft Office.
    • HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
