    Event Description:
    Every Weekend in May at 9AM on Saturday and 2PM on Sunday we will offer a free to the public functional boot camp workout lasting approximately one hour. Designed to fit any and all fitness levels. Participants can choose to do each of the workouts at beginner, intermediate, advanced, or expert levels. The workouts are planned to be completed outside but will be adapted to inside depending on weather conditions.
