The Tennessee Department of Veterans Services invites business leaders, HR professionals and community champions to attend the Veteran Ready Business Recognition (VRBR) Breakfast Symposium on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in Kingsport, TN. The Veteran Ready Business Recognition (VRBR) Program is a no-cost initiative that honors Tennessee businesses committed to recruiting, hiring and retaining SMVF talent. Open to all Tennessee-based businesses (not just Veteran-owned) this program is about impact, innovation and inclusion.
The program features three levels of recognition:
- BRONZE: Acknowledges Veteran-friendly hiring
- SILVER: Honors enhanced onboarding and support
- GOLD: Recognizes statewide leadership and community impact
