Description
This small group training will focus on marketing and employees. Participants will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to: determining the right marketing activities and which mix is optimal for their company, collecting information about potential customers, developing typical customer profiles, staff cost/benefit, how job descriptions create value and clarity, and recruiting the next employee. Each participant will receive a kit ($200 value) that is customizable to their individual business's needs. Prerequisite: Must have completed 'GrowthWheel Introduction' and submitted GrowthWheel ® 360° Screening prior to registration.
