Please join us for our Apprenticeship Open House event on November 3 from 8:00-10:00 am. As part of National Apprenticeship Week, CooperStandard, Domtar, Eastman, and other interested employers will be on hand to talk to you about successful Registered Apprenticeship Programs. RCAM staff will also be available to talk to you and to give facility tours. The event is free and open to the public and business community. From careers in healthcare, energy and IT, to manufacturing, transportation and more, Registered Apprenticeship has dramatically impacted the lives, careers and opportunities for millions of workers, and more than 150,000 businesses over the last 75 years. The benefits are substantial - companies that offer Registered Apprenticeship Programs can diversify their workforce, improve productivity and profitability, standardize training, reduce turnover, receive tax credits and more. For apprentices, the average starting wage is more than $50,000, and workers will earn an average of $300,000 more over their lifetime than their non-apprentice peers. Getting started is easier than you think! ApprenticeshipUSA helps companies develop a world-class, customized training model that combines work-based learning with related classroom instruction using the highest industry standards. Hear about our experience and learn how you can get started by attending our special open house event.
