DESCRIPTION:Keep Kingsport Beautiful's Trash Barrel Paint-In is a Fun Fest kick-off event. Pre-registration is highly suggested. Registration fee is $5 per barrel. Registrations may be picked up at the Fun Fest store located at the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. Store opens June 19. Participants need to bring their own paint and supplies. Barrels to be judged need to be completed by noon the day of the event.
