DESCRIPTION:Tennessee Reconnect is Governor Bill Haslam's initiative to help more of our state's adults enter higher education to gain new skills\, advance in the workplace\, and fulfill lifelong dreams of completing a degree or credential.\n\nEmployers are an integral part of an employee's pathway to earning a degree or certificate. Employers in Northeast Tennessee have been committed to implementing innovative practices in the workplace to support employee education journeys. At this information session\, you will meet your new Northeast TN Reconnect Community Team\, made up of a Coordinator and three College Success Advisors. You will receive your Employer Toolkit. The Employer Toolkit highlights best practices throughout the region and provides  a framework for implementing new workplace practices that support expanding education to help guide employees back to  college.
