Northeast Tennessee Business Park

Northeast Tennessee Business Park, a 150-acre regional business and telecommunications park, provides the most unique business community in Tennessee. Ideally located in the gently rolling hills and beautiful mountains of Northeast Tennessee, the park is one mile from I-81 and overlooks the Tri-City Regional Airport and Northeast State Technical Community College. With full services, Phase I lots range in size from 2 to 10.7 acres. Phases II and III (presently under development) will consist of lots ranging in size from 1 to 30 acres.

Holston Business & Technology Park
King's Port Commerce Park, located at the
I-81 and I-26 Interchange, Kingsport, Tennessee, is currently being developed. The park offers multi-acre tracts for technology and industrial development. The park is a joint venture between Brooks-Petzoldt Developers and the Kingsport Economic Development Board with the mission of economic development and job creation.
Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachia Mountains, this unique Army facility is being transformed into a commercial business environment offering over 40 buildings and 1,000 acres of land for lease to new and seasoned technology companies, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of domestic and foreign products and services. Phipps Bend Industrial District
The Phipps Bend Industrial District, a joint venture between the City of Kingsport and Hawkins County, is located between Surgoinsville and Church Hill, Tennessee. With 550 industrial acres, the park is one of the most attractive tracts of industrial property in the Southeast. Phipps Bend is adjacent to U.S. Highway 11W, is near Interstate Highways I-81 and I-26, and is served by Norfolk-Southern Railway. Hawkins County General Aviation Airport and Tri-Cities Regional Airport provide air service. Two Foreign Trade Subzones are on site.
