Kingsport Economic Development Board
Mission Statement: To work in cooperation with the Sullivan County Joint Economic Development Partnership to maximize the opportunity for economic development within the Kingsport area by facilitating the issuance of industrial revenue bonds and financial incentives while creating new and maintaining existing quality jobs, increasing capital investment, expanding the tax base and diversifying the economic base with emphasis on small business development, redevelopment, retail development and existing industrial and business parks.
