    Job Description


    We are looking for a part-time, detail-oriented Office Assistant. Flexible part-time up to 30 hours a week.

    Duties Include:

    - Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls

    - Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

    - Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions

    - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

    - Perform data entry and scan documents

    - Schedule and manage calendar for team

    - Assist in resolving any administrative problems

    - Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

    - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for team

    - Filing of paperwork

    - Communication with other team members on a daily basis

    - Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents

    - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    - Greet customers when coming in for appointments



    - Strong computer skills are a must

    - Must be personable with professional telephone etiquette

    - Data entry skills and experience

    - Time management skills

    - Strong attention to details and highly organized

    - Service oriented - actively searching for ways to help our team

    - Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel

    - Strong attention to details and highly organized

    - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

    - Background check will be required
