Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes is part of the American Diabetes Association’s Stop Diabetes movement and the signature one-day, fundraising and awareness walk taking place in 135 cities across the United States. Step Out helps raise money that will change the future of diabetes and the lives of 25.8 million American children and adults living with diabetes today. Participants will join the movement by registering and recruiting coworkers, friends and family members to walk and raise money. The day of the event is a party to celebrate the fundraising accomplishments of our teams and individuals as well as an opportunity to promote awareness about the seriousness of diabetes in the local community and the Association.
